About The Program
We offer low and no-cost Health Insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace for individuals with qualifying income. We work with a number of companies around the country and pay for their referrals weekly.
Referrals are submitted to us via a simple two-minute form that can be submitted by you and your downline or your referrals from any device. We provide individual links to track your downline with QR codes and flyers.
Referral payments start at $30 per submitted referral and increase with volume.
We pay you weekly via direct deposit, and you choose what to pay your agents.
We provide real-time reporting showing who submitted what, making it easier for you to pay your downline.
States & Qualifications
To qualify for a referral payment, referrals must meet the below qualifications. At this time the program is only available in the states listed below.
Applicants must be at least 19 years of age.
Applicants cannot have other insurance. This includes Medicare, Medicaid, and current Marketplace coverage (Healthcare.gov).
Estimated Income must fall within the below threshold for 2023.
Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
Monthly Income requirements
Household of 1: $1,075 – $ 2,083
Household of 2: $1,451 – $2,333
Household of 3: $1,830 – $2,917
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Monthly Income requirements
Household of 1: $1,657 – $2,083
Household of 2: $2,003 – $2,917
Household of 3: $2,525 – $3,917

Submit the form, then have the applicant call us to confirm the application with a broker.
