All dental plans are underwritten by MetLife and use the MetLife PDP Plus PPO network. Deductible is per person and applies to basic and major services; Elite plans cap it at $150 per family, and Complete has a one-time $100 lifetime deductible. Percentages are what the plan pays. Common questions
Is there a waiting period?
Not on most plans. The Elite and Complete dental plans and the VSP Vision plan have no waiting periods. Major services such as crowns and root canals pay 10% in year one and 50% starting in year two. The lower-cost Value plan has a 12-month waiting period for major services.
Who provides the dental coverage?
The Value, Elite and Complete dental plans are underwritten by MetLife and use the MetLife PPO network. Use the Find a Provider link on any plan to check your dentist.
What if I want a lower price?
We also offer fully insured PPO dental plans with smaller networks starting at $19.40 per month, and discount plans starting at $6.95 per month. Call us and we will find a plan for your budget.
Can I keep my dentist?
We always check that your preferred dentist is in network for the plan you choose. We also have non-network plans and plans that cover out-of-network care.
How much does it cost to work with you?
